Dean’s Council

The members of the Dean’s Council are the senior advisers for Academic Affairs.

Council members have the important task of willingly and respectfully confronting hard-headed issues about what is best for the university. The primary responsibility of each member is to bring a unique perspective to the council. With any decision, council members must ask:

  1. How does this decision impact students?
  2. Is this consistent with the MAP and/or Strategic Plan?
  3. Does this decision pose a risk?
  4. Does this decision need a communication plan?
