Goal: Improve e-mail communication at BSU by establishing policy.

Proposed Policy: It is the policy of Bemidji State University that administrative electronic mail communications between the Univeristy and University students shall be done using University assigned electronic mail addresses. It shall be teh responsibility of each student to monitor the university assigned electronic mail account for communications from the University.

Consultation with Relevant Groups:
(Planning committees should send initiatives to student senate, bargaining units, alumni, other planning committees, community, etc. as appropriate for feedback before an initiative is brought to University Council.
