Hobson Memorial Lower Union
This lounge area, reserved for commuters, provides a place for students to relax, visit and study.
The Office of Student Affairs, 100 Sanford Hall (218-755-2075), maintains a list of off-campus housing opportunities on the BSU Web site: www.bemidjistate.edu/studentaffairs. Information for the list is provided by landlords. Rentals may also be listed in the Bemidji Pioneer and other local newspapers, and are sometimes available through real estate agents.

During the academic year, parking permits are required for all campus parking lots. The permits are not valid for the metered parking spaces provided for visitors and temporary parking within the lots. Permits may be purchased at the Cashier’s Office, 2nd floor Deputy Hall, beginning August 15 each year. Multiple vehicles may be registered to one permit, allowing for car-pooling. Report lost or stolen permits immediately to the Department of Security & Safety, Walnut Hall, 755-3888. Regulations for parking on city streets are posted and enforced by the City of Bemidji.
