Special options may include the following room and floor designations: coeducational, students older than average, handicapped accessible, service, suite, double-as-single, and smoke free.Students are encouraged to submit their Residence Hall Application, Contract, and prepayment upon acceptance to Bemidji State University. Once a Residence Hall Application and a Contract have been accepted, a student is bound by the terms of the contract until otherwise notified by the Department of Residential Life. Room assignments are based on the date these documents are accepted.
Twenty-eight apartments (one, two, and three bedroom) are available to single parents and their dependents. Due to the special nature of this unique living option, an advisory board reviews all apartment applications, including references.
