Topics include definitions; organizational behavior and structure; strategic planning process; organizational philosophy, goals, objectives, and mission statement; and human resource management. Also examines concepts of morality, theories of ethics, professional ethics, social responsibility, personal and management values, and how to develop a professional code of ethics. Prerequisite: PHED 2970 or consent of instructor.
