The Accounting Department at Bemidji State University announces several scholarships that have been designated for accounting majors for the 2011-2012 academic year. These scholarships are all valued at $450 or higher.
Awards for these scholarships are primarily based on:
To apply for any BSU accounting major designated scholarship you must meet the minimum qualifications under either Categories 1, 2 or 3 below.
For those who will have completed Intermediate Accounting II before Fall Semester, 2011

Minimum Qualifications to Apply:
Fill out the Application Form. Please type. Some of the scholarships have certain stipulations, so it is important that you fill in all blanks. If you need more space than is provided on the application form, type your answers into a Word document, designating the question you are answering, and attach the Word document to your application. You will be considered for all of the scholarships for which you qualify. Students may apply for more than one category.

Note: These scholarships are all processed through the Finance Aid Office at BSU. Therefore, any scholarship received is awarded along with other financial aid and applied as a reduction of your tuition, fees, and residence hall room and board. If a balance remains at the end of each semester, a check is issued to you.
