ENGL
4455 Seminar in Literary Criticism: Fall 2011 will change to 3455
Seminar in Literary Criticism. Students are encouraged to take it in
their junior year. Offered only in the fall; because it is a seminar it
is not available through independent study. Plan ahead for this course,
especially if you will be student teaching.
ENGL 4420
Shakespeare & His Age, ENGL 4429 Shakespeare for Teachers: Offered
alternate years, only in the fall; not available through independent
study.
BFA: New senior project course
Commencing Fall 2011, the
BFA Senior Project will be taught as a single course, BFA Capstone, ENGL 4930. Offered only
in the fall; not available through independent study. Plan to
register for this course for the fall semester of your senior year. In past years, students took a senior project course each semester of their senior year, but in order to prepare an adequate portfolio for graduate school, only one course is needed to fulfill the senior requirement.
