ETS Pychology Test Results

In 2003, the department administered the Major Field Test in Psychology. This test is an important part of the Psychology Department’s self-assessment and will be used to try to improve the psychology program at BSU.

A total of 30 BSU students took the test. Relative to scores from a comparison group of 259 colleges and universities (testing a total of 14,327 students), including schools in Minnesota (e.g., Carleton, College of St. Benedict, and Winona State) as well as other well-known schools from around the country (e.g., Butler, Hofstra, Kenyon, Ohio State, Texas A & M, UND, and Xavier), the BSU mean scores correspond to the following percentiles:
