Social Work Major

A 68 credit major, the Social Work curriculum prepares students for professional social work practice and for graduate study. Course work in sociology, psychology, political science, and biology is included in the Social Work major. Social Work course syllabi are available to student in the Family Child Welfare Resource Center, HS 380. Attachments 2 and 3 provide curriculum planning forms for students. Attachment 4 includes descriptions of all courses required for the Social Work major as well as Social Work electives.
