Off-Campus Delivery
Off-campus courses are scheduled to fit into busy work and personal life schedules away from campus. Most classes will only meet once or twice as a class for the entire semester, typically on a Friday evening or Saturday. These kick-off classes will last anywhere from 4-8 hours. The balance of the course is completed independently, either via the web, or email on your schedule, whatever the time of day or night. Some
classes may have a second class meeting either halfway through the course, or at the end. Students complete courses as a cohort, meaning you will be part of a group of peers that is completing the program with you. Only one class is offered at a time, and lasts approximately 6 weeks. This schedule means that you can focus on one course and not get overwhelmed. Cohorts are utilized at several distance delivery sites. Cohorts offer a tremendous advantage of completing the program with a group of peers that share common career aspirations. Cohorts are scheduled to complete the major program over a 2-½ year time span.
