Collections
The Bemidji State University Permanent Collection features several very diverse and unique offerings. Two BSU alumnae have created and continue to augment collections of prints and ceramics.
The Margaret H. Harlow Ceramics Collection features both national and international artists, and include work by Peter Voulkas and BSU alumnus Jeff Oestreich. The Lillie M. Kleven Print Collection includes prints that illustrate a wide variety of techniques and features work by artists Gary Mortenson and Adolph Dehn. Both collections feature BSU student purchase selections. Paintings, drawings, weavings an dsculpture round out the contemporary portion of the permanent collection. The Lanham Collection is especially rich in Ojibwe items including beadwork, leather, ceremonial wear and weaving.
