Margaret H. Harlow Collection
| Harlow Margaret H. Harlow Collection Margaret Harlow is a 1936 graduate of Bemidji State Teachers' College. After graduation, she left to pursue a career in the Women's Army Corps. She developed an interest in pottery while in London during the 1950's. Currently living in California and active in arts organizations, her most recent trip was to the People's Republic of China in 1978. In 1973 Margaret Harlow established the "Margaret H. Harlow Ceramics Collection" including funds and donations of original ceramic works of art. Annually Ms. Harlow donates additional funds and original ceramic works of art for this "teaching collection." Selected ceramic works are displayed in hallway exhibition cases near the ceramics classroom on the ground floor of the Education Arts building. From time to time portions of the collection are exhibited in Bemidji State University's Talley Gallery.
