The BSU Nursing Program is designed in block times (Juniors on Mondays in Bemidji and Fridays in Cambridge & Seniors on Wednesdays in Bemidji) and a blended format (combination of on campus & online) to accommodate busy nurses who have jobs and families and who may commute long distances:
Juniors come to campus the first two weeks of class and then every three-four weeks with the alternate weeks online
Seniors come to campus the first two weeks of class and then every three-four weeks with the alternate weeks online
Some classes are offered online except for the first two weeks of class
Full-time and part-time options are available
Clinical experiences are arranged in a variety of sites as close to the student's home as possible.
