Tips for WebX access:

I.   Access the audio on the phone  (Please do not use the computer microphone…it creates background noises).  Call 1-866-469-3239
Punch in the Meeting Number of the date you are attending:  XXX XXX XXX  (see above)
No password.
No attendee ID number. Just select #
You will be added to the audio by phone.

II. NOW… to see meeting leader’s computer desktop (and yours!)

Go to: https://mnscu.webex.com/mw0306lc/mywebex/default.do?siteurl=mnscu and find our meeting, it’s called DLiTE Information Meeting and click "Join"

You may have to install an updated version of Java. Just follow the prompts.  Fields will appear.

Type your full name then your email address.  No password needed.  Wait for a Moment to Load. No clicking!  "See" you soon!
