Click here to enter the Online Registration Site You may register for online courses using Online Registration, by Phone, or by Mail. Online Registration is recommended as the most expedient. Refer to the class schedules for correct course name, number, and ID.
You may register for on-campus, ITV, and guided/self-directed courses using the Touchtone Registration System or the Online Registration System. Please refer to the class schedules for correct course ID numbers and credit values. Registrations are processed by number only, not by course title. Be sure the registration number is correct and complete or you will be registered for a wrong class. Students who have not enrolled for courses for some time must contact the Records Office to set up and activate their registration access codes. It is helpful to fill out a worksheet before using the registration system.
Senior Citizen Enrollment: Minnesota Law 197b, Chapter 19, establishes the right of Minnesota residents reaching the age of 62 to enroll in courses at the cost of $18 per credit hour, plus course fees, when the course is taken for credit and to audit courses at no charge only when space is available. If you wish to take advantage of this option, please contact the Center for Extended Learning or the Records Office for a senior citizen application. Withdrawal from School In order to completely withdraw from school, students must file for an honorable dismissal or be subject to failing grades. This action is to be initiated in the Office of Student Affairs, SN 101. If you are not able to do this in person, a letter or phone call (followed by a letter) to the Records Office will be acceptable.
