To meet with the technological demands today's scholastic society, BSU's Informational Technology Services works to provide equipment and services for every student's needs.

Computer Labs

Informational Technology Services provides a number of labs for the University community. You will find computers in the library, some classroom buildings and residence halls.  To locate campus computer labs, visit http://www.bemidjistate.edu/its/labs/.

BSU Wireless Information

Connecting to the BSU wireless network requires a username, password, and proper configuration of your computer. Please contact (in person) Technical Support in Deputy Hall, Room 161 with a current, valid BSU ID to obtain your username and password.

Student Services and Help Desk

For all of us, understanding new technology can be evasive and uncomfortable.  It often has a learning curve of its own.  BSU wants to help reduce as many of the technological difficulties between you and your education as possible.  For this reason, we provide students with the Student Services and Help Desk.

The Student Services portion of the Informational Technologies website provides students immediate information and assistance for topics such as email, D2L login, e-Services, etc.  If you have a more challenging question that cannot be answered so easily, you may submit a "Help Ticket" to the Help Desk for further assistance.  The Student Help Desk also provides telephone and walk-in support and assistance connecting to the BSU network.
