Arranged Course Form

This form is for the registration of the research or thesis paper.  It is the responsibility of the student to complete the form and to contact their advisor/graduate committee Chair for completion of the form.  Registration will occur when the approved form is submitted to the Records Office.  Please note: Registration for the research/thesis credits is usually the term in which the student plans to complete their oral defense and degree.

For the purpose of verifying that each member of the candidate's graduate committee has read and provided feedback to the student of the graduate research paper/thesis prior to the oral defense.
