Congratulations Graduates of 2008!!! Energy pulses through the crowds
of students and onlookers Laughter and chatter swim through
the mayhem of early afternoon Each student gilded in long black
gowns and a funny hat Who invented those things anyway? Smiles, pictures, hugs, and early
congratulations make their rounds Faculty and staff try to organize
their excited students Like so many Kindergarteners
coming in from recess Can we even remember that far back
anymore? There is always excitement at the
finish of a race, the completion of a goal You’ve struggled and pushed
forward You’ve crossed that finish line
and now march to the platform To claim your hard-earned victory The next stage of your journey
lies in your hands We thank you for allowing us the
opportunity to share in this great victory And we cheer you on as you seek
new challenges to overcome Congratulations, Class of 2008, we
are so proud of you! ~ The

Getting Ready for Summer!!!! |
|||
|
|
Summertime provides a great opportunity to
recuperate after working so hard this past school year.
However, the summer also provides a great
chance to get ahead in your coursework, take select classes for a shorter, more
focused period of time, and maybe try some things that you would not normally
try during the school year.
Take advantage of summer relaxation, but
don’t forget the opportunity of Summer Sessions! If you are not enrolling in Summer courses,
make sure to enroll in UNIV 6000 –Summer# 091288 Note: Payments for Summer Session I and Summer
Session II must be made by the first day of each Session’s classes or you
will be dropped from your courses! |
