- Tracks the academic standing of graduate students
- Monitor Graduate Students' progress from program admission through graduation
- Liaison between the School of Graduate Studies, graduate faculty, and graduate students
- Assigns Graduate Faculty representatives for oral defense committees
- Refers and connects students to needed services, faculty, and staff
