State University/Inter-University Centre Dubrovnik academic
offering may be used toward continuing education or an independent
study program. All IUC member universities jointly define
transfer of credits.

Programs at Bemidji State University are accredited by the
North Central Association, the National council for Accreditation
of Teacher Education, the Council on Social Work Education,
the National Association of Schools of Music, the American
Chemical Society and the National League for Nursing.

School of Social Work Theory and Practice
The courses of the IUC are self-managed in accordance with
the IUC Board guidelines. All courses proposed to be held
at the IUC need the approval of the Executive Committee, which
represents the Council between Council meetings. Smaller conferences
and symposia need the approval of the Director General.
Each course should
be taught at postgraduate level but is open to the advanced
undergraduate students.
Applications for
admission to a course should be sent to the organizing Course
Director and to the IUC Secretariat in Dubrovnik. The Course
Directors decide about admission. For more information visit

Upon request,
every student shall receive a statement of participation.
Certificates are issued only upon approval by the course Director
and the Director General.
