Summer Session Tuition & Fees

The 2008 costs are as follows. In addition, students are required to pay student fees.

Tuition (per credit)

• Resident undergraduate:

  $207.50

• Resident graduate:

  $295.00

Tuition rates are for MN students, ND and SD students who have applied for reciprocity, and any student that lives in a state or country that does not have a reciprocal agreement with Minnesota. Students from ND, SD and WI and who have NOT applied for reciprocity will be charged at a non-resident rate which is approximately twice the resident rate.

Note
Tuition for online courses is an additional $20 per credit.

Fee statements are available on the web, through the web registration page. Tuition is due by June 2 for any courses that begin before July 4th and by July 7th for courses that begin July 7th or later.

• Student Activity Fee:

  1 credit = $81.09
  2 credits = $120.41
  3 credits = $159.73

• MSUSA:

  $.43 per semester credit

• Technology Fee:

  $8.00 per credit to a maximum of 12 semester credits

• Other:

  Some courses require additional fees for lab and/or supplies. These are itemized on the fee statement.

• CEL Program Fee:

  $20.00 per semester credit
