Our Programs Can be Completed in One to Three Years.

Our graduate programs provide intensive fieldwork and independent research. Whether your program is online or in person, you can explore your expertise through advanced coursework and hands-on application.

Time Limit

Graduate credits earned within seven (7) years before the confirmation of the degree shall apply to the master’s program. Coursework more than seven (7) years old is considered to be obsolete and may not be included in a student’s program of study.

International Students

Foreign citizens wishing to apply for graduate study at Bemidji State University should review admissions guidelines for international students and contact the International Program Center office.

Licensure Programs

The State of Minnesota grants licenses to students who complete requirements set forth by various state agencies. Students may pursue a licensure emphasis in conjunction with some master’s degree programs. Completion of all licensure requirements may result in the recommendation for licensure to the State of Minnesota. Visit the Professional Education Website for more information.
