Even the shootout was close as it went into sudden victory after five rounds, with the Huskies winning 6-5 after seven rounds.

Kinne sinks dagger; Beavers sneak past UAH in overtime, 2-1
For the second straight game, Bemidji State and Alabama-Huntsville found themselves locked in a 1-1 tie after 60 minutes of play. And just as they had 18 hours earlier, the Beavers found the back of the net in overtime to gain a 2-1 victory and completed the College Hockey America sweep over the Chargers Sunday at Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Ala.

Season not over for soccer seniors
The Bemidji State University soccer team celebrated senior day by securing sixth place in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Sunday afternoon with a 1-0 win over Wayne State College. The Beavers will play the third-place team St. Cloud State on Wednesday in St. Cloud for the first round of the NSIC tournament.
