Sunday doubleheader with Winona State cancelled

BEMIDJI, Minn.
-- Bemidji State University baseball head coach Tim Bellew announced today that the Beavers Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) doubleheader with Winona State has been cancelled due to a snow storm in the Bemidji area.

The Beavers and the Warriors split their season series yesterday afternoon as Winona State earned a 9-2 victory in Game 1 with BSU earning a 5-3 decision in Game 2.

Bemidji State (7-14-1; 5-5 NSIC) will resume action on Wednesday, April 9, when the Beavers host the Jamestown College Jimmies from the BSU Baseball Field. The first pitch of the doubleheader is slated for 2 p.m.

Bemidji State University, located in Bemidji, Minn., is an NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
