RAMSEY, MINN. - After finishing 14th on Saturday,
Bemidji State jumped to ninth place with a 627 (318-309) at
the Twin Cities Classic in the second day of competition on
Sunday. Junior Matt Gorden tied for 13th
(76-76=152) to lead the Beavers at the Links at Northfork.
Central College (IA) is on top of the leaderboard with a 601
(301-300). Josh Sherlin from St. Johns is leading the individual
competition with a 145 (72-73).
Junior Toby Palmiscno is tied for 31st with
a 156 (78-78), while junior Jared Stull,
who tied for 37th (79-79=158), junior Ben Stetcher,
who tied for 58th (85-76=161), and freshman Hiraku
Aoki with a 88-89=177 (100th), completed the team
score.
The Beavers will conclude play today at the Wayzata Country
Club in Wayzata, Minn.
