Quickly: Listed as the No. 10 incoming freshman goaltender in NCAA Division I hockey by InsideCollegeHockey.com... Only two goaltenders taller than Climie on NCAA Division I rosters in 2004-05 - Brown’s Kevin Kliman (6-4) and Harvard’s John Daigeneau (6-4).

Prior to BSU: Spent two years as a dominant netminder for the Truro Bearcats of the Maritime Junior ‘A’ Hockey League... Posted a 30-10-5 record in 2003-04 and led the MJAHL with a 2.61 goals-against average... Rolled up 1,377 saves in 2,724 minutes played last year, saving at a .920 clip... Was a two-time Bearcat Player of the Week, earning the honor in consecutive weeks on Feb. 16 and Feb. 23, 2004... Feb. 16 award came after facing 98 shots in two games, leading the Bearcats to a split with Yarmouth and Campbellton... Feb. 23 award followed a 29-save shutout of Antigonish.... Selected to the 2004 Cavendish Cup first-team as an MJAHL All-Star... Following the season was named Season MVP and with teammate Daniel Turner won MJAHL “Best Goaltending Duo” award... 30 wins in 2003-04 tied for sixth in the Canadian Junior A Hockey League... Fourth with a .921 save percentage...CJAHL comprises 137 teams in 10 member leagues.
In 2002-03, set MJAHL record for consecutive shutout minutes... Was named First-Team All-Star.
