CHA Offensive Player of the Week (second consecutive award) following four-goal series against Findlay (1/30-31); scored second hat trick of the season, including a short-handed game-winning goal, in Game 1; third goal of hat trick was his 17th, setting the BSU Division I-era single-season record; tied CHA single-season record with fifth short-handed goal of the season in Game 2. Performance gave Cook a streak of five consecutive games with a goal scored (snapped at Minnesota, 2/6).

Goal, assist at No. 5 Minnesota (2/6-7); assisted on BSU’s only Game 1 goal, scored sixth power-play goal of the season for BSU’s only Game 2 score... Helped lead BSU offense pile up Division I-era record 16 goals in weekend sweep of Air Force (2/27-28); power-play game-winning goal, assist in Game 1; two power-play goals, including game-winner, assist in Game 2; became just seventh player in CHA history to score 10 power play goals in a season; first BSU skater with two power-play goals in a game since Wade Chiodo (10/26/02 vs Union College); Game 2 game-winner tied CHA season record (7).

2002-03 (So): All games: 4th on team with 91 shots on net; took only 24 shots in 29 games during 2001-02... 3rd on team, t-24th in CHA in goals scored (10); t-9th in CHA short-handed points (1-1=2); t-6th in CHA in shorthanded goals (1)... CHA games only: t-12th in CHA in goals scored (8).

• Goal in four consecutive games from 12/13/2002 at Niagara to 1/16/2003 at UA-Huntsville; tied for fourth-longest streak of consecutive games with a goal in BSU’s Division I era.

Assisted on BSU’s first goal in 10/25 loss to Union College... Three shots on net in MSU-Mankato series (11/1-2/02)... First career goal at Clarkson (11/23/02)... Had best offensive series of his career to date vs Niagara (2/28-3/1/03)... Three goals in series; career-high two goals, including a power-play goal and the game-winner, in Game 2... Two assists in CHA Tournament (3/14-16/03); Assist vs Findlay in quarterfinals (3/14), assist vs Wayne State in championship game (3/16/03).

2001-02 (Fr): Played in 29 games... Appeared in just three of BSU’s first nine games, but was in the lineup every day after 11/10/01 at Findlay... Six of seven points scored came against CHA opposition.
1-2=3 points in Ala.-Huntsville series (11/16-17/01)... Had three assists in six-game span from 1/11/02 at Findlay to 1/26/02 at Ferris State after recording two assists in his first 12 games... One assist in each game of Findlay series (1/11-12/02)... Assist at Ferris State (1/26/02)... First career unassisted goal at Ala.-Huntsville (3/9/02).

Prior to BSU: Led the Winkler Flyers in scoring with 43-43=86 points and was named team MVP... Was named a second-team MJHL All-Star and was runner-up for the league MVP trophy.
