2001-02 (Fr): Was one of the nation’s elite rookie players and a leading candidate for CHA Rookie of the Year honors... t-2nd in College Hockey America, 9th in the nation in freshman/rookie scoring (30 points / 0.94 ppg)... Overall, t-4th in CHA in scoring (15-15=30 points/0.86 ppg); t-7th in CHA in goal scoring (15)... First CHA rookie to score 15 goals in a season... Second only Findlay’s Rigel Shaw (18, 2001-02) all-time amongst CHA rookies... Became just second CHA freshman to score 30 or more points in a season; was later joined by teammate Riley Riddell (32) and Shaw (30)... In CHA games only, t-9th in power-play goals (3); t-4th in freshman scoring (17).
Only point in that span came at Niagara (2/14/02; assist)... Skid came on the heels of a 6-6=12-point run over a six-game stretch from 1/19/02 at Air Force to 2/8/02 vs Air Force... Two two-goal games, two two-assist games during that six-game run.

Scored just three points in 12 games following seven-game scoring streak... Goal at Wayne State (12/1/01)... Assist at UM-Duluth (12/8/01)... Prior to BSU: Scored 103 points in 2000-01 for the Selkirk Steelers... 46 goals, 57 assists, 72 penalty minutes in 64 games... Led team in scoring and goals, second in assists... Scored 14 power-play goals, three short-handed goals and six game-winners, averaging 1.59 points per game... Was named Selkirk’s MVP, Best Local Player and Iron Man... Won Top Scorer Award and was a First-Team MJHL All-Star.
