Played both games of the Sacred Heart series (10/18-19) on third-line defense with two shots on net... Did not dress for BSU’s next 19 games, but made appearance at third-line defense for Findlay series (1/31-2/1) in place if injured Jesse Balsimo... Two shots on goal in series... Played Game 2 of Ala.-Huntsville series (2/22) in place of Ben Lindell... Played Game 2 of Air Force series (3/8) in place of Balsimo.

Led Hibbing High in points and goals as a senior, scored more than 70 points during sophomore and junior seasons... Also helped lead Hibbing to state tennis tournament as a sophomore and junior.

Holman has heart surgery, misses only two games
Holman had seven hours of heart surgery to repair damaged valves on Monday, Feb. 27, 2006 following the team’s weekend series at Niagara. In addition to the arthroscopic repair, he had a monitor attached to track his heart performance which must remain in place for the next 18 months. Holman missed just two games due to the surgery - BSU’s season-ending home series against Ala.-Huntsville - and returned to play in both games of the CHA Tournament. He had an assist in BSU’s semifinal win over Ala.-Huntsville just 12 days after the surgery.
