CHA Player of the Week for efforts in Bentley series (11/12-13); tied personal single-game scoring high with career-high four assists in Game 1; goal, assist in Game 2; first BSU player with four assists in a game since Riley Riddell at Air Force (2/27/2004)... Consecutive multi-point games for first time in career... First career CHA Player of the Week honor... Drew a minor penalty in Game 2; first penalty since Oct. 25, 2003 vs Minnesota State (37 games).

2003-04 (Sophomore)

Records Set in 2003-04:
• BSU Division I-era record eight consecutive games with an assist from 1/2/2004 to 1/31/2004. Eight-game scoring streak tied for third in BSU’s Division I era.
• 21 assists t-3rd in BSU’s Division I era.

Had an assist in 19 of 34 games played... Eight-game scoring streak began vs Air Force (1/2), snapped at Minnesota (2/6); tied for third-longest streak in BSU’s Division I era; BSU Division I-era record eight consecutive games with an assist during streak.

Assisted on game-tying goal vs Clarkson (10/18), snapped five-game scoreless streak dating back to 2002-03 season... Drew first career major penalty vs Minnesota State (10/25); 10-minute misconduct... Assisted on each of BSU’s first two goals at Findlay (11/7); first career multi-point game... Assist on BSU’s first goal in win vs Minn.-Duluth (11/14).

1-2=3 points in Merrimack series (11/22-23); assist on goal which tied score at 2-2 in Game 1, had a hand in both BSU goals (goal, assist) in Game 2, including first career power-play goal; goal was first since 2/1/2003 vs Findlay (20 games)... Game 2 marked second career multi-point game... Assist in both games of Wayne St. series (12/5-6); Game 1 assist was 20th career point.

1-2=3 points, six shots on goal at Ala.-Huntsville (12/11); had a hand in BSU’s first three goals; scored first goal, assisted on back-to-back power-play goals; third multi-point game of season, two assists tied career high; 10th career assist, 15th career point vs CHA foes... Assists in both games of Niagara series (1/9-10); recorded 20th career assist in Game 1... 1-2=3 points in Wayne State series (1/23-24); 1-1=2 points, first goal in Game 1, power-play assist in Game 2... Had an assist in each game of Findlay series (1/30-31); assists ran scoring streak to eight, set a BSU Division I-era record with an assist in eight consecutive games... Huddy’s line (centered by Riley Riddell) had 12 points in Game 1 of Air Force series and four points in Game 2.

In all games: 9th in CHA in rookie scoring (5-6=11)... In CHA games only: t-7th in CHA in rookie scoring (4-4=8).
First assist on BSU’s lone goal vs Sacred Heart (10/18/02); first collegiate point... Scored first career goal vs Union College (10/25/02); 1-1=2 points in series.

CHA Rookie of the Week honors for 11/18/02 after scoring game-winning, overtime goal in BSU’s 2-1 win over Wayne State (11/16/02); win completed series sweep for BSU; first career game-winning goal.

Scored 46-38=84 points in 61 games with the Olds Grizzlies in 2001-02... Two hat tricks... 11-8=19 points in 44 regular-season games in 2000-01... Was on the AJHL 2002 Top Prospects team.

Personal

Personal: Ryan Charles Huddy... Born Sep. 28, 1983... Son of Charlie and Karen Huddy... Charlie Huddy was a 17-year NHL veteran, playing for the Edmonton Oilers (1981-91), Los Angeles Kings (1991-95), Buffalo Sabres (1994-96, 1997) and St. Louis Blues (1995-96)... Charlie Huddy played 1,017 NHL games and scored 99-354=453 career points, including 19-66=85 points in 183 career NHL playoff games... He was a member of all five of Edmonton’s Stanley Cup champions, is ninth on Edmonton’s all-time scoring list and is currently an assistant coach with the Oilers... Majoring in sport management.
