Bemidji State (2006-07): Was one of four players to appear in all 28 games while earning 18 starts last winter for the Beavers...played 19.4 minutes per contest 5.9 points per contest while pulling down 3.6 rebounds...from the field he was 63-for-172, shooting .366 from the field...in his very first game wearing the green and white he scored a career-high 12 points agasint Minnesota Duluth (11/15/06)...he tied his career-high in points on two other occcasions throughout the year...he recorded his first double-double of his career on 12/08/06 against Concordia-St. Paul when he netted 12 points and pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds...he led the Beavers in rebounds six times.

Played last season for the Bremen Roosters of Ludwigsburg,
Germany...He averaged 3.1 points and 2.9 rebounds per game
while shooting .459 from the floor and .444 form behind the
arc...Posted highs of 12 points and eight rebounds in 99-90
win over Braunschwieg (2/22/06)...has also participated as
a member of Team Baden-Wuettenberg...Helped lead his team
to a U-20 German Championship and a pair of U-18 third place
finishes...was invited to try out for the German National
Team.
Personal: Born to Slava and Katherina Baskow
May, 30, 1986, the native of Kazakhstan calls Ludwigsburg,
Germany home...He becomes the second international student
in as many years to be a member of the Bemidji State men’s
basketball team...he follows Manuel Guzman who hailed from
the Dominican Republic...Baskow is a sport management major at BSU.
