BSU returns home for Beaver Classic
Duel features the Bemidji State and Minot State

BEMIDJI, Minn. - The Bemidji State University track and field teams return to Bemidji Saturday to host the second of three regular-season home meets on the 2008 indoor schedule. The duel meet, accurately called the Beaver Classic will feature the Beavers of Bemidji State versus the Beavers of Minot State (N.D.).

Events are set to begin at 3 p.m. in the Gillett Recreation/Fitness Center. The men's pole vault and weight throw are set to lead things off with running events to begin at 3:30 p.m. with men's and women's the mile.

The final event of the day, the women's and men's 4x400-meter relay, is slated for a 6:40 starting gun.

Bemidji State is in the midst of its 2008 indoor schedule and is working towards the 2008 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Indoor Track and Field Champions held Feb. 29-Mar. 1 on the BSU campus.
