BEMIDJI, Minn. -- The Bemidji State University women’s basketball team earned the sixth seed in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference women’s basketball tournament and will travel to Bismarck, N.D. to take on the NO. 3 University of Mary in the first round of the NSIC tournament. The Beavers will play the Marauders at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, in U-Mary’s McDowell Activity Center.
The winner will advance to the semi-finals at the site of the top remaining seed after the first round concludes.
Tickets for the game will be sold at the door the night of the game. Doors to the McDowell Activity Center will open at 6 p.m., one hour prior to tip off. Ticket prices, as set by the NSIC, are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors, $2 for students and all children five years old and younger are admitted for free. As dictated by conference policy, season passes cannot be honored for this tournament contest.
Bemidji State University, located in Bemidji, Minn., is an NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
