2005-06 (Freshman): Started
in eight games while participating in 25 of the Beavers’
28 contests...averaged 4.3 points and 2.2 rebounds while shooting
better than 40 percent from the field...led the Beavers with
17 points at Mayville State to open the season (11/15/05)...matched
her career-high 17 points in a 81-71 victory at Minnesota,
Crookston (2/4/06)...also grabbed a career-best eight rebounds
in that game...paced the Beavers’s scoring effort twice,
led the team in steals two times and recorded a personal-best
two blocks in the season’s opening game to lead all
players.
Burnsville High School Career: A four-year
starter at BHS she was three times selected captain...averaged
12.2 points and 6.2 assists for the Blaze as a senior guiding
BHS to an 18-8 record...averaged over 10 points, 4.5 assists
and 2 steals per game over her career while four times garnering
All-Lake Conference accolades and being named as the team’s
Most Valuable Player twice...in addition, entering her senior
season, she was named as one of five girl’s basketball
Players to Watch in the South Metro by the Minneapolis Star
Tribune...earned eight letters as a prep...she was also a
four-year member of the Blaze softball team and contributed
to its state championship in 2005.
Personal: Born March 17, 1987 in Burnsville,
Minn...she is the daughter of Jim and Mary Kay Boell...she
was high school teammates with teammate Bridget Smith...is
undecided on a major.
