2006-07 (Junior): Earned 2007 second team all-NSIC honors...was named NSIC player of the week on Nov. 27, 2006...led the team in both both scoring (13.6) and on the glass (9.6)...led the league grabbing 9.6 rebounds per contest, fifth with a .515 field goal percentage ((156-303) and 7th on the scoring list netting 13.6 poits per game...posted a team-best 13 double-doubles...netted a career-high 23 points in a 78-83 loss to MSU Moorhead on Dec. 9, 2006...recorded a career-high with 18 rebounds over Southwest Minnesota State on January 26, 2007...recorded five 20-point games last season...Peterson is currently seventh on BSU’s career rebounding list with 649 and currently has 849 points just 151 points shy of becoming the 12th BSU player to reach 1,000 points in a career...her 268 rebounds ranks as the sixth-best single season total in BSU history.

2005-06 (Sophomore):
Played in each of BSU’s 28 games and found herself in the starting lineup 24 times...led the team in both scoring (12.0 ppg) and on the glass (8.5 rpg)...named Third Team All-NSIC...was second in the league grabbing 8.5 rebounds per contest, eighth with a .502 field goal percentage (135-269) and 11th on the scoring list netting 12.0 per game...posted a team-best 11 double-doubles...netted a career-high 20 points in a 74-72 win over Winona State (2/25/06)...recorded 15 points and 15 rebounds versus No. 3 North Dakota (12/17/06)...was second to only Amy Lawson with 100 free-throws attempts...recorded a team-best 19 blocks...her 239 rebounds ranks as the sixth-best single season total in BSU history.

2004-05 (Freshman): Scored playing time in each of the Beavers’ 28 games starting 23 as a freshman...was BSU’s top rebounder collecting 143 boards for an average of 5.1 per game...finished the season ranked sixth on the team netting 4.7 points per contest...Led the Beavers on the glass in 13 contests...four times grabbed 10 or more rebounds including twice grabbing a career-best 11...recorded double-digit scoring totals three times including a career-best 12 points versus Upper Iowa (12/28.04).

Century High School Career: Was a North Dakota All-State player and co-captain her senior season at Bismarck Century...she led her club to a third-place finish at the state tournament her final two seasons...as a junior, she was honored on the WDA All-Conference and All-Tournament squads...she repeated those honors at the conclusion of her final campaign, was named as her team’s MVP and earned a spot on the All-State tea...the team’s leading rebounder as a junior, Peterson was a member of the Class A North Dakota Lions All-Star Basketball Team...on the volleyball court, Peterson was a WDA All-Tournament selection and co-captain in her final year...she was part of a second-place and fourth-place state-finishing team...a three-time National Honor Society member, Peterson graduated from Century High as an Honor Student.

Personal: Born Oct. 28, 1985...she is the daughter of Mark and Carol Peterson...is a chemistry major at BSU in a minor in math...participates in the honors program....her grandfather Ken Peterson was a basketball player at North Dakota during the late 1940s.
