BEMIDJI, Minn. — Auditions for Roger’s & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, a collaboration between Bemidji Community Theater & Bemidji State University, have been set for Dec. 9 from 6:00 to 8:30 in Bangsberg 230.
Please bring an
upbeat musical piece & a reading. An accompanist will be available. This
round of auditions will specifically be looking for people to fill the
roles of the Stepmother, Fairy Godmother, King & Queen, and extras.
Another set of auditions will be held on Jan. 12 for people interested in the roles of Cinderella, the stepsisters & the prince.
Stage direction will be by Mary Knox-Johnson with vocal direction by Karen Bradley.
Performances of “Cinderella” will be held on April 17 and 18, 2009, with a pair of day performances for area schools to be held April 15 and 16.
