OPC to open indoor pool for kayaking on Nov. 3

BEMIDJI, Minn. — Bemidji State University’s Outdoor Program Center (OPC) will provide kayaks and instructors for a Monday, Nov. 3, kayaking play and practice session in the swimming pool at the Gillett Recreation-Fitness Center on campus.

Free and open to the public, the session will each run from 7-10 p.m. Those who wish to bring their own kayaks should call the OPC in advance. A swimsuit, towel, nose plugs and goggles are recommended.
