The annual curling bonspiel held this past weekend is just one of the events that Beaver Pride sponsors to raise funds for athletic scholarships. The Beaver Pride Fund Drive Kick-Off is set for Tuesday, February 10 from 5-8 p.m., at the Hampton Inn. President Dr. Jon Quistgaard and Athletic Director Dr. Richard Goeb will make a few brief remarks and anyone signing up for their 2009/10 Beaver Pride membership will receive a free Bucky the Beaver bobble head and can help themselves to the complimentary appetizers.
