Bemidji State University President Dr. Jon Quistgaard addressed the large crowd gathered at Bemidji City Hall with Bemidji Mayor Richard Lehmann and Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty. The gathering featured a ceremonial signing of the capital investment bonding bill that includes $20 million for the Bemidji Regional Events Center and projects on the BSU campus.
