If you plan to complete your graduate degree this spring semester 2013 or by the end of summer 2013, you need to apply for graduation no later than March 1, 2013. To access Form 4, Application for Graduation, go to the School of Graduate Studies Website, Forms.
Students planning to complete the Master of Arts or Master of Science graduate degree, please access Form 4 through the M.A./M.S. Track (Forms 3,4, & 5)….please note that we now have an electronic Form 4!
