If you plan to complete your graduate degree this spring semester 2010 or by the end of summer 2010, you need to apply for graduation no later than February 27th, 2010. To access Form 4, Application for Graduation, go to the School of Graduate Studies' website , Graduate Forms.
Students planning to complete a Master of Education (M.Ed.) or Master of Special Education (MSpD), please access Form 4 through the Applied Master Tract.
Students planning to complete the Master of Arts or Master of Science degrees, please access Form 4 through the Master of Science Tract.
