Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 4:00pm - Commencement Rehearsal
Meet promptly in Hagg-Sauer 100 (Auditorium). This will be a 60 minute meeting. Students not currently enrolled in regular daytime classes are not required to attend Rehearsal. Student name cards, to be presented to the readers at commencement, will be distributed at this time. If you cannot attend the Commencement Rehearsal because of a prior class commitment, the name cards will be available at the Records Office the week of commencement. (see below for details)
NOTE: Barbeque - All students attending the
Commencement Rehearsal are invited to a barbeque hosted by the Alumni
Association and Foundation immediately following the Rehearsal
meeting. The barbeque will be held at the David Park House across from
the Library. Free barbeque for graduating seniors.
Name cards will be available from the Records Office (101 Deputy Hall) the following days and times: April 26th & 27th 9:00-3:00, April 30th - May 3rd 9:00-3:00 and 9:00-12:00 on the 4th. This card is to be brought with you to commencement. If you are not on campus, it will be available Friday, May 4th, at the Sanford Center.

No Tickets are needed for family or friends to attend. Seating is treated as a first come - first serve basis.
