The preliminary draft of the final version of the self-study is now available.  You'll notice that the hyperlinks to places in the document have not yet been completed, so in this version
all those hyperlinks are inactive. Most of the external hyperlinks are working, but there are about 20 or so links that will be fixed in a later draft.

You are encouraged to review the document and let us know of any glaring errors or omissions.  Please let Marty Wolf (mwolf) know of any concerns that you have.

Our self-study report is now in the design phase.  The document available here contains all of the text of the self-study, but none of the design elements.  You are encouraged to review the document and let us know of any glaring errors or omissions.  Please let Marty Wolf (mwolf) know of any concerns that you have.

The final draft version of Bemidji State's Self-Study Report is now available. Comments and suggestions are encouraged and appreciated.

Instructions for Reading and Commenting on the Draft

  • Everything that can be linked will be linked, although many links are not yet set.   If you know of a document that we should link to, please send the URL to Marty Wolf (mwolf). Also please indicate where in the document you think it should be placed. A searchable string of words works best for this.
  • Three Priorities for Improvement have been identified for the university. Other concerns might be addressed in consultations with the HLC team. Please send your suggestions for such items to Marty Wolf (mwolf).
  • Items highlighted in gray are in progress.
  • The sidebar copy is not yet well-aligned with the main column copy.
  • Please address questions or concerns to Marty Wolf (mwolf, HS 361, 2825).

Please begin by reading the invitation from the writing team which includes a brief guide regarding the Early Draft chapters.  The table of contents gives an overview of the entire document.  The html version of the self-study and the pdf version of the self-study contain the entire document.  Individual chapters can be retrieved from the links below.

Comments returned by October 2, 2009 will be included in revisions of the Early Draft.  The revision of the Early Draft will result in the draft of the self-study that is expected to be available to the community by October 9, 2009.
