Welcome to Bemidji State University International Program Center.
Our mission is to increase students international educational opportunities and produce graduates who are able to participate
& provide leadership in a global society, and excel in an increasingly multicultural and global workforce. We also strive
to promote the integration of an international perspective within BSU.
Our goals include:
- Support and serve international students.
- Provide travel study opportunities, both abroad & domestic, for all students.
- Instill a global perspective within our students, centered on civility and respect.
- Engage facility and staff in international opportunities.
| Important Notes for International Students | |
*All international students who were in the U.S. at any time in 2007 are required to file Form 8843 with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. If you earned income in 2007 or received a scholarship, you may also need to file a tax return. Notice - The I-901 fee will increase to $200 on October 27, 2008. |
