Spam and Virus Filtering Instructions for GroupWise Desktop Client
Step 1: Verify that you have GroupWise 6.5 installed.
- Open GroupWise Client
- Click on HELP > About GroupWise
- then look at the version number.
If it is not 6.5.3, you must install the update:
BSU GroupWise Client 6.5.3 Installer [Windows & Internet Explorer ONLY]
You will see the following window. 
Step 2: Set up Junk Mail Handling
- Go to Tools Æ Junk Mail Handling
- Check the box “Enable Junk List” as shown below.
- Check the box to “Enable Block List.”
