Accessing the Website Audit Report on the Everyone Drive from a Mac
Mac pre-OS X
- Under the Apple Menu, select Chooser
- Click on the AppleShare icon in the upper left pane of the Chooser window
- Click on the "Server IP Address…" button in the right hand pane of the window
- Type "Storage" (without the quotes) in the "Enter the Server Address:" field
- Click the Connect button
- Enter your GroupWise username and password in the Name and Password fields
- Click the Connect button
- Select Group Storage from the list of items (Do Not put a check in the check box!)
- Click OK
- Dismiss Chooser
There will now be an icon on your desktop for Group Storage.
If you want to see what is on the Everyone drive:
- Double-click the Group Storage icon to open it.
- Double-click the Everyone folder to open it.
- Under the View menu, select "As List"
- Maximize the window.
To see the website audit report:
- Launch your web browser
- Under the File menu, select Open File…
- Browse to Group Storage:Everyone:LinkBot-Scholar:Scholar.htm
- Click Open
Mac OS X
- Under the Go menu, select Connect to Server…
- Enter "Storage" (without the quotes) in the Server Address: field
- Click Connect
- Enter your GroupWise username and password in the Name and Password fields
- Click Connect
- Select Group Storage from the list of items
- Click OK
An icon for Group Storage will appear on your desktop and finder window will open showing the contents of the Group Storage drive, which includes the Everyone folder.
To see the website audit report:
- Launch your web browser
- Under the File menu, select Open File…
- Browse to Group Storage:Everyone:LinkBot-Scholar:Scholar.htm
- Click Open
