eLearning Support at BSU

eLearning Support is the place to go for instructional design and technology support for faculty and staff using Desire2Learn (D2L) for their classes, training sites, and other related sites. Training opportunities are available on-campus and online.  D2L troubleshooting support is available via email and phone.  We provide face-to-face support by appointment.  We also offer media development and support, as well as web conferencing opportunities using WebEx & Adobe Connect.  Our goal is to provide faculty and staff with the support they need, when they need it, and at the best location.
