ONLINE HELP
Online answers are available 24/7 by going to https://d2lcusthelp.com. There are three options for online help.

  1. Look up your problem using the Search feature, OR
  2. Click on the tab for "Ask a Question" and respond to all items with a *red star (text boxes and drop-downs), OR
  3. Request "live" chat support by clicking on the "Live Help" tab and filling in the appropriate information in the boxes.  NOTE: Chat support is available: Monday-Sunday 7: 30 AM -11:30 PM CST (includes weekends, not holidays).
