Online "Answers" are available 24/7 by clicking on http://d2l.custhelp.com. Look up your problem or click on "Ask a Question" if needed.

The MnSCU Helpdesk is run by Minnesota State University - Mankato. The toll-free phone number is 1-877-235-2751.

  • D2L Quickstart Guides
    The Guides include information on the D2L tools, such as Discussions, the Dropbox, and Quizzes, that students will use in their classes.
  • BSU Student D2L Weblog
    The purpose of the blog is to provide students with helpful information about D2L (Desire2Learn). To access the blog, go to http://bsud2lstu.wordpress.com/. Feel free to post a response about any of the information on the blog.
  • BSU STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNT:
    You are required to use your @st.bemidjistate.edu email account for university communication. Click the "BSU Email Info" link at the top navigation bar of the D2L homepage for more instructions.
  • ACCESSING YOUR D2L CLASS(ES):
    You will be able to access your D2L classes on the official day it begins, not before. Check your paperwork or the BSU website if you are not sure.
