.Provide assistance with:
- Converting traditional courses to online courses in D2L.
- Creating training environments in D2L.
- Adapting documents to web-ready formats such as HTML.
- Converting existing multimedia and creating new media for online and enhanced courses.
- Designing effective graphics.
.Provide individual and small group training opportunities in the eLearning Center or in your office. Coming soon: Online training opportunities.
.Promote collaboration among D2L users through regular D2L User Group meetings and the D2L USERS GROUP site in D2L.
.Work in partnership with Computer Support Services and the Academic Technology Center to provide a coordinated and comprehensive technology support system.
.Maintain an effective communication system through the eLearning Support website, the D2L USERS GROUP site, and D2L Users Group emails.
.Create materials for professional development and quality assurance purposes. Examples include the "BSU D2L Manual", the "Rubric for Online Courses", the "D2L Semester Checklist", and templates for the student evaluation of online faculty and courses.
.Maintain a current library of books and other resources on issues and topics related to online learning.
