When you call or email the Help Desk, please include the following information:
- First and Last Names
- Department and Phone Number
- Type of computer you are calling about (platform and whether it is a laptop or desktop)
- Detailed information about problem or error messages
The person answering the phone or your email will log your problem into our Support Database and try to answer your question. If the problem is not resolved immediately, it will be escalated to the appropriate technician.
If you call or email a second time regarding the same problem, be sure to mention that you already contacted the Help Desk with a support request. That allows us to update a current problem ticket instead of opening a second one.
